Functional Health at RecioMed®
Structured assessment and support focused on how you function day to day — complementary to your treating clinician, to diagnostic imaging, and, when you choose, to clinical research.
Functional Health at RecioMed is not an emergency or urgent-care service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
What Functional Health Is
Functional Health at RecioMed looks at how a person actually functions — energy, sleep, movement, metabolic and gastrointestinal comfort, and living with a documented condition — rather than treating the website visit as a diagnosis or a treatment plan. It is not primary care, not an emergency service, and not a clinical trial. Findings are information for you and, with your permission, for your own clinician. RecioMed does not replace the physician who manages your prescriptions or specialty care.
What Functional Health Is Not
- Not a substitute for a primary-care or specialty physician
- Not an emergency department or urgent-care promise
- Not enrollment in a clinical trial
- Not a diagnosis, prescription, or cure delivered through the website
- Not an anti-aging, hormone, peptide, IV-nutrition, or supplement-sales program
- Not a guarantee that symptoms will improve
Individuals
"I want a structured look at how I am functioning."
Submit a functional health review request and a coordinator will contact you to discuss whether a review can be scheduled.
Referring Clinicians
"I have a patient who needs coordinated assessment support, not a transfer of care."
Referring offices can request coordinated assessment without transferring the patient. RecioMed does not assume ongoing management.
Research Inquirers
"I am asking about studies and also have day-to-day function questions."
Research screening and the functional-health review stay separate processes. You may pursue one, both, or neither.
Assessment Domains
These are assessment domains, not treatment menus. Each domain ends with a request link to the review form.
Daily Function & Energy
A review of how energy, stamina, and daily tasks actually go — work, home, and recovery after activity — plus factors the person already knows (sleep, medications, recent illness, documented conditions). Fatigue has many causes. RecioMed can help organize the history and, when appropriate, coordinate indicated labs or imaging with the treating clinician. RecioMed does not diagnose "adrenal fatigue," sell energy formulas, or promise restored vitality.
Request a function-and-energy review →Sleep & Recovery
A structured conversation about sleep timing, continuity, daytime alertness, and how poor rest is affecting function. This is not a sleep laboratory and not a CPAP clinic. If a sleep study or other testing may be indicated, that decision belongs with a licensed clinician. RecioMed does not treat insomnia online.
Request a sleep-and-recovery review →Metabolic & Body Composition
Assessment support around weight-related function, activity tolerance, and clinician-ordered tools already on the network — including bone-density (DEXA) imaging when ordered. RecioMed does not run a weight-loss brand, does not advertise injections, and does not promise a number on the scale. Results go back to the ordering clinician.
Request a metabolic review →Gastrointestinal Comfort
Intake around digestive comfort, appetite, and how GI symptoms affect daily function. This sits next to RecioMed's gastrointestinal research area and, when available and ordered, imaging or non-invasive liver assessment. Ask whether liver elastography is available at RecioMed. RecioMed does not diagnose IBS, IBD, fatty liver, or food intolerance, and does not prescribe elimination diets or sell probiotics.
Request a GI-function review →Movement, Joints & Orthopedic Comfort
How joints, mobility, and musculoskeletal comfort affect walking, work, and sleep. Ties to orthopedic research and to MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, or DEXA when a clinician orders those exams. Functional Health does not perform surgery, injections, or physical therapy on this website. Imaging, if needed, follows the Diagnostic Imaging pathway.
Request a movement-and-joints review →Living with a Documented Condition
Support for people who already have a diagnosed pulmonary, cardiovascular, rheumatologic, neurologic, oncologic, GI, orthopedic, or psychiatric condition and want a clearer picture of day-to-day function — while remaining under their specialist. RecioMed does not take over specialty care. If a clinical trial may be relevant, that is a separate, voluntary pre-screen.
Request a living-with-a-condition review →Healthy Individuals
People without a diagnosed condition may request a functional-health review or ask about healthy-volunteer research. Neither path is a wellness physical that replaces primary care.

Inquiry
The person or a clinician office submits the form. Submitting the form does not create a treatment relationship by itself.
Intake
Staff collect the reason for contact, current clinicians, medications, prior labs or imaging, and whether the person is separately interested in research or a scan.
Review Visit
In person at 8188 S Jog Rd, Suite 202, Boynton Beach, FL 33472, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Telehealth, house calls, and memberships are not offered.
Findings
RecioMed shares what was reviewed and any next administrative steps — speak with your clinician, consider an ordered exam, consider a research pre-screen.
Follow-Through
Imaging uses the imaging forms. Research uses the participant pre-screen and informed consent. These are separate processes.
Connected to the Full RecioMed Network
Clinical Research
Optional. A functional-health visit is not a trial visit. If a study may be relevant, that is a separate, voluntary pre-screen with its own informed-consent process.
Diagnostic Imaging
DEXA, ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray, and — if confirmed — liver elastography may inform a review when a licensed clinician orders the exam. Reports go to the ordering clinician.
Affiliated Clinicians
Referring offices can request coordinated assessment without transferring the patient. RecioMed does not assume ongoing management.
For Referring Clinicians
To send a functional-health referral, provide: patient identifiers, reason for referral, current specialty care, relevant history, recent labs or imaging, and whether you want a copy of the review note. RecioMed does not assume ongoing management.
